First time went there, the waiter was rude. Second time I ordered food to pick up and because their minimum on credit card orders is $10 and my order was $9.75, he found it imperative he charge my card the extra 25 cents. I questioned that in a friendly way and his response was that gas prices are higher. I picked up my OWN FOOD! I decide to give this place one last try. I ordered the SAME DISH for pick up. Made sure my order was over $10. Now the dish was half the order as normally. I point out to the server that this was the case. The explanation I got was: There was a new cook (who she added was the OWNER) and they couldn’t do anything about it. I asked to speak with the owner she said I couldn’t. She said prices on everything was higher (not sure what she meant). Then she walked off to the kitchen and completely ignored me. Good food, sucky service and underpaid employees … you get what you pay for but in this case, I should have gotten more than a hard time!

when foodies debate over the best thai in houston, it is between this place and kanomwan (telephone thai). this is a whole in the wall mom and pop joint off long point near silber. the food here is authentic and delicious. the som tum (papaya salad) is too die for. the tom kha gai is flavorful and well-balanced. try the kee mao noodles instead of pad thai. best part is it’s BYOB!

I was so disappointed with the service at this restaurant that i vowed never to eat there again. The server was rude, conceited, miserly and not concerned in the least about the satisfaction of his customers.
