Vuz Restaurant and Vuda Bar

We just finished dining at Vuz restaurant in Draper and the experience was excellant. We arrived just as the sun was setting and had a great view of the valley at sunset and then watched the cities below light up the night. Duston was our server and you couldn’t ask for a better person to take care of you. He recommended the flat bread as an appetizer and the Kurobuta Pork and Plank Salmon for entries. We took all of his recommendations along with the Lobster Bisque soup and all were superb….especially the Lobster Bisque soup….large chunks of Lobster. Very quiet evening (Thurs) friendly, proficient service,(ask for Duston) great food…beautiful surroundings….. looking forward to going to their Sunday Brunch. With drinks, appetizer and entrees….total bill was $93….a little pricey but worth it….what we would normally pay at Christopher’s or Market Grill.
