A very nice, pretty restaurant. From the outside it doesn’t look like much, but the inside is quite pretty. Peruvian artwork and handmade rugs adorn the walls. The menu brings a mixture of Chicken, Fish and Pasta.
For appetizers we had chicken tamales with red onion salad and also fried calamari with a spicy tomato sauce.
My son had the “Pescado a la Macho”, a fried fish fillet topped with clams, crab, shrimp, rice and a cream sauce.
I had “Chicharon de pescado” Small pieces of different fried fish with red onions and battered fried yuca.
Dessert? Of course! Home made Flan served as a wedge of pie. I also had a Peruvian beer ( Cusquena), a malt lager. I think I’ve found a new favorite beer. Sorry Heineken.
Excellent.
Service personnel were polite and attentive.
Small pieces of different fried fish with red onions and battered fried yucca. The Red onion salad was made with a lime vinaigrette which was a refreshing change from oil and vinegar.
