3.0My wife and I both ordered the salmon. We are used to undercooked salmon in Northwest restaurants and asked for it cooked all the way through. Sadly, the cook interpreted it as ‘burn it’. However, the center pieces of the fish were out of this world.
The real treat of the evening was the side dishes. The corn with chili lime butter was incredible and worth the entire visit.
They have a signature desert called the ‘Emerald City Volcano’ which was both exciting and tasty.
The worse part of the evening was the over attentive wait staff. I’ve never been so intimidated by a server! I felt practically forced into buying a glass of wine.
I order Salmon everywhere I go, and I’d rate this a 6 out of 10. (10 would be the Herb Farm Copper River Salmon, and 1 would be the Coho Salmon)
Incredible side dish with chipolte lime butter.
I don’t give five stars lightly to desserts. However, this was both visually stimulating as well as tasty. It was worth every penny and shared between two people.

5.0I’d been hearing about Waterfront for a long time but never made it here. Turns out I’ve been missing out, this is my new favorite seafood restaurant in Seattle. It is so much better than all the other seafood restaurants in almost every way – I think a lot of Seattle restaurants like Salty’s are overrated.
Waterfront has excellent service, our waiter was very attentive and cheery. The view is amazing and the ambience of the restaurant is great.
The menu items all looked excellent and our food was so delicious. The portion size was just right and clearly only the freshest of seafood was served.
I’ll be back to try the happy hour and sit in the bar! Looks amazing!
special of the day…awesomely cooked in miso with a ginger, onion, mint leaf mixture…i don’t know how to describe it other than that it was amazing!
veggies with goat cheese in a gratin…an excellent side! i’ll be ordering this again
yummy skewer with shrimp, scallops, and fish – delicate and juicy

4.0I like this restaurant. They have great seafood. Today I had ahi tuna for appetizer and stuffed prawns for the main course. Great food, as usual! On the contrary to Joe’s experience (great to see Joe here on menuism!) we were not forced into buying any drinks. All that we had was one appetizer and 2 entrees. The second entree was rack of lamb. I’m not a fan of lamb, so can’t say if it was good or not.
I think the ambiance is great in this restaurant, and the fact that it takes prime card is an added benefit. It’s a bit pricy, so I would not go there all the time, but for special occasions it’s a nice place. The waterfront view is really nice too, especially in the summer time.
