With an ever-changing view. Rain or shine our Kitsilano beachfront site has been a Vancouver destination for food and fun for more than a hundred years. The hundred-year history of the site, front and centre on Vancouver's Kitsilano beach was an important consideration in development of the project's design. Watermark's goal was to design a contemporary facility that balanced our world famous location by creating a building that utilizes geo-thermal heating and cooling, solar shading and natural ventilation methods to increase the project's overall energy efficiency. The menu reflects the best of both traditional and contempory seafood, while incorporating the unique international flavors of Vancouver. The product is local and utilizes a variety of organic and environmentally sensitive ingredients onto the menu.
