if you look up the menu on menuism and check out whist based on how great it sounds, you will be disappointed. The chef that put that menu in place and turned around the viceroy culinary program is no longer there. Nor is that menu or format.
if you are looking for crab cakes and flat breads that taste as if they were cooked long before you ordered them, and other uninspiring renditions of classic Houston’s style fare then this is your place. Any body know where the chef went?
