I haven’t had the ‘really bad’ teriyaki experience, however for ‘pretty good’ ones I come here, and not just because it’s close to where I live. The combo dishes of meat (chicken, pork, or steak) and prawns is always filling and quite tasty. Friends always bring up the spicy chicken teriyaki option as being great. With a choice of with or without veggies in a fast, quick to go box, or a just as fast dine-in option the place is always clean and tidy. I’m getting hungry for it right now…
This is a great combo, with extra chicken it comes down around 12 dollars and change, so it must be less without the extra!

The spicy chicken is amazing, not too vinegary like some places. Pretty spicy, too, so be ready to chow on rice, or pick up some milk.
The Gyoza are AWESOME, I usually mix the sauce packets with the extra teriyaki, and it makes a great sweet/spicy/salty dipping sauce.
The people at the counter are always nice, and the food comes out very fast. I usually call ahead about 10 minutes away, and it’s always waiting for me. Very clean if you want to eat in, but not a ton of space.
Delicious, and just spicy enough. Not vinegary.
Yummy and Fried. I mix the two sauce packets (soy sauce and hot oil) with the extra teriyaki from my entree.
