Wow. Pitiful. My first Golden Griddle experience was way back, New Years Eve 2006. My first time back in Toronto in 20 years, sitting beside a table of transvestites, drunk, eating a breakfast buffet. Everybody’s Golden Griddle experience should be similar because no one should ever, ever, ever go to one sober. It’s just not fit to eat unless your drunk or hungover, starving and craving carbs, sugar and fried foods.

One of the few restaurants in Toronto to offer Weekday Breakfast buffet. Food was acceptable, though no bacon (Isn’t that pretty much required for a breakfast buffet), and no toaster, you had to request each item you wanted toasted.
Otherwise, they served standard breakfast fare (pancakes, eggs, sausages, homefries, hash browns, french toast, pastries), with a very slight amount of brunch fare (mainly salads and the like).
Suitable breakfast, but I wouldn’t call it a “brunch” buffet, unlike their weekend offering.
