Guacamole Huasteco
I consider myself a guacamole having sampled the guac all of over the city and this is by bar some of the best if not the best I have had. They add just the right amount of spice and leave the avocado chunky and, for their twist, they include a little cactus in there to add a little bit of sourness. Absolutely incredible!

Tarte Tres Leches
This dessert is too good for words. They mary up a chocolate crust with tradtional tres leche chocolate cake and top it off with a light chocolate mousse, dark cherries and a tube of pure chocolate. All of this sits on a bed of vanilla sause surrounded by chocolate sauce and it all has a hint of cinnamon. ITs a very decadent dessert that remains very light so you don’t feel guilty. You have to try this!

Agave
Agave is a new (opened in October 2006) mexican restaurant in Lakeview. They serve traditional mexican dishes done with gourmet style. Also, it should be noted that they have an extensive tequila list and even do tequila flights.

Enmoladas de Pollo
The enmoladas de pollo were excellent. The sauce was delecate and the chicken cooked to perfection. I also really enjoyed the mexican rice. It was better than any I have had in the city.
