Large Portions and friendly services

I came here a couple times only. I think pricing is above average for lunch, but portions are very large. I like their cheesecake more than cheesecake factory.

What a Wonderful Place to Eat

This is probably one of the most delicious Italian restaurants I have eaten in. We had about 5 different items and each was individually delicious. The service was great. And we could hear ourselves when we talked among the group.

Nice atmosphere; okay food

I take my Italian food very seriously after taking a cooking tour in Italy last year. While the portions at Maggiano’s are huge, the food is just okay. Everything is over done, too much sauce, too much cheese, just too much. I always leave full but also feeling really heavy.

Italian in downtown Bellevue

You won’t have to worry about getting full at Maggiano’s. Their portion sizes are huge. I would compare Maggiano’s to Bucca Di Beppos, but more upscale, better food, and a nicer atmosphere. This restaurant is really hopping. Waits are sometimes 1-2 hours, so be sure to make reservations or try the bar area for seating which has a full menu. This restaurant is huge and can also do banquets. They also have a happy hour 4-6pm on weekdays.

My dish was pretty tasty. Luckily they are not sacrificing quality for quantity unlike Bucca’s.

Very tasty and priced well (surprisingly)

It’s quite good. I can’t remember what I ate, but all of my coworkers liked their entres as well…so it’s a good sign that quite a few of the items are good.

The only problem is that the wait could be long. It opened about a year ago, but the wait for a typical dinner can be 2-3 hours for a drop-in. Make sure that you make a reservation…even for a lunch!
