Never Disappointed
TOT is not a fancy joint, but I am NEVER disappointed when I go. It has been in my top 3 favorite restaurants for years. The booths may pinch your legs if your wearing shorts, the bathroom is a little scary and if you want takeout-good luck to get them to answer the phone if they’re busy, but the food is always amazing. I always get the Special Spring Roll and the wonton wrapped shrimp appetizers – both to-die-for. The entrees are also great..I usually order them with fried tofu.
