You first drive up to see an old brick building over 100 years old. As you enter ozzies, you are greeted by a warm friendly staff. The restaurant is clean, homey and welcoming. There are two dining rooms each adorned with tiffany lighting and scattered pictures of people and times passed. ozzies makes everything on site from soups to their secret family spaghetti sauce. For breakfast they offer home made hash, sausage and gravy and this month was pumpkin pancakes. They have daily lunch specials featuring their home made soups. Ozzie’s dinner menu features pastas, chicken, and beef selections but their specialty is fresh seafood offering over 15 items such as belly clams, stuffed fresh haddock and seafood oscar dishes. You’ll have to end the meal with their famous Carm’s chocolate cake! Overall Ozzies is a great find and worth taking a trip to hinsdale. The owners are always there to assure you have the best dining experience.
