If you like cake doughnuts, then you’ll like the Downyflake. Until a couple of years ago, it was open year round, but in 2006, it was closed in the winter. If you must go, try the doughnuts. They are cakey, but delicious. The downy breakfast sandwich is great. As a choice of side you can get toast,doughnut, or muffin. The blueberry pancakes are awesome too.

Best fried fish I’ve ever tasted. I know the owner of the restaurant, we’ve been friends for a couple of years. The fried fish is to die for, it’s also inexpensive, but, if you want expensive, order the lobster, I hear its awesome.

The Breakfast Room, is an institution in Dennis. The pancakes are ok, but the eggs are to die for. The service, is a bit slow,but what makes up for it is the food.

AK Diamonds, resembles a typical eatery, but it isn’t. The first floor of the restaurant, consists of the bar, and an overall neighborhood feel. The second floor, contains the salad bar, and is quieter than the first floor. The salad bar, comes with your meal, and is quite satisfying. The burgers are great, and the steaks are awesome.

Well, if you get a lobster here, expect it to be full of water. At least mine was. I cracked it open, and was horrified to have a large amount of water fall onto my plate. The corn is absolutely overcooked, and the French fries were absolutely limp.

The pancakes were good, but they are average. If you must go, get the Buttermilk Pancakes, they are delicious. The restaurant seems to have been founded in 1960. My dining experience was delicious.

Delicious chinese food, as well as polynesian dishes. They have Mai tais, which are also good.

While it is along 132, which to us roadgeeks symbolizes the cape. The restaurant is campy, and it does serve up great margaritas. Tacos are good, but could be better.

Now, I didn’t come here expecting a five star restaurant. If I did, then I would need a jacket, which I’m opposed to wearing. The decor is of a typical pub. Lots of brewiana hanging on the wall.
