What a disappointment!!! My boyfriend and I waited all week long to go to Piola and had a terrible experience when we finally made it there. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! AND THE MANAGMENT IS RIDICULOUS!! The waitress made a mistake with my pizza I ordered #22 she had them made #23. Something that could easily be fixed..when I poited out she said to me… THE CUSTOMER..“you told me 23 and you have an attitude..do you want to just cancel your order and leave?” I asked to speak to the manager, who wasn’t any better than her. I told him that she necklected to bring bread and water to the table and that instead of apologizing and fixing my order the first words that came out of her mouth were that I had an attitude and that if I wanted to cancel my order and I leave I should do so. The manager focused on correcting me and told me that customers have to ask for water and bread and totally ignored how rude the waitress was. I ask him to listen once again to my complaint about the waitress mistreatment but he kept ignoring it and focusing on he water and bread issue!! They do not value people bussiness if they are so quick to tell “if you dont like it then leave!! and have a lo of nerve to tell people "they have an attitude”
The pizza was OK, but terrile service. We had been there once before and were not impress with the service but this time I was in shock. I never had any body be so rude and then have a manager ignored my complaint in my face!!
I would not go back..too bad because the food its actually OK :(
