An upscale joint, where most of the American movie stars and rich people eat when they’re in town. Along with Lumiere on Broadway, the dishes here are wonderfully prepared, the service is excellent, and the alcohol selection is astounding.

Oh the courses here are delightful! Small, exquisitely crafted dishes are presented, and are delicious. We had the nine course meal which sampled most of their selections with a wine pairing, and it was excellent! A bit pricey, but the atmosphere, service, and food is worth it.

Another great restaurant where the food presentation is amazing. The servings are just right, the wine pairing is great, and the service and atmosphere are excellent. Along with Lumiere and Cin Cin, these restaurants should be definite stops while in Vancouver if you have the inkling to spend a fair bit of money on food!

A cozy atmosphere, with great private booths for discreet conversation adds a lot to the excellent martinis and food at this restaurant. Reservations are recommended, as the restaurant only has several tables, probably seating for 50.

A nice upscale restaurant, with great seafood dishes and excellent drinks. A little pricey, but the large dishes are quite adequate for one. The lobster here is prepared very well, as is most of the rest of the seafood that I’ve had the pleasure of trying.

One of the best steakhouses in Vancouver! Sides are ordered separately from your main entree, and the servings are plentiful! The wine selection is top notch as well. Succulent sirloin, with sides of grilled mushrooms, mmmm, my favorite.

A great restaurant at the top of Grouse Mountain. Excellent food and wine pairings, with a beautiful view of the rest of Vancouver proper. On a clear day you can see Mt.Baker in Washington state! Food is well prepared, medium serving size, and adequately priced ($18-30 for an entree). If you make a reservation, you don’t pay for the cable car up.

Good fast food burgers. I love the Jalapeño burger. The meat isn’t the most succulent (but it’s tasty), but what do you expect when a burger is only $2.99? This is the only location I frequent. It’s clean inside. The order takers barely speak english, but they’re quick and effiicient.
Not the worst fast food. Is there such a thing as great fast food?
