Love love love Hobbit Cafe!! Great vegetarian selection, the beer selection rocks, and the patio is great for a nice afternoon! Gotta try the black bean burger…Mmmmm

This place is FANTASTIC! Everything on the menu is healthy and everything I have had (which is a wide variety) is delicious. The bufallo burgers are great, the garlic turkey burger, spa salad…well everything. Ziggy’s has a great happy hour with pomegranate martinis and tasty margaritas. The brunch is a must…and I constantly crave the carrot cake cookie (which is lowfat and lowcal…how? I have no idea).

One of my favorite palces in Houston. The chicken salad sandwich is made with fat free yogurt and jicama and its on a fresh baked focaccia bun…Mmmm! The Mediterranean Pizza has hummus, carrots, eggplant, feta and olives…what else do you need in life? It’s also a perfect place to sit and have breakfast, coffee, a glass of wine or one of the many beers on tap…the patio is on the corner of Westheimer in Montrose, so the people watching is always entertaining!

The hidden treasure in the Heights…this is the place to go on a sunny afternoon to sit and chill with your friends. The food is great too, especially the pizzas and sandwiches. I highly recommend starting off with the Mediterranean plate…its great with a cold pint of one of their many beers. The patio is huge, the tvs are always tuned to sports, and the wine selection isn’t too bad either. Word of caution….only beer and wine served here. Cheers!
