CALMHEARTED "It's all about entertaining the palate!"

This is the new hot spot to dine in Encino. I’ve been waiting for a place like this. The decor is awesome. They have a great bar, a chill lounge patio with couches and a fireplace and of course the exquisite dining room with lush cushioned leather seats and suede booths. They have these really cool light up menus and let’s not forget the digital piano that plays Frank Sinatra songs and they also have a live pianist and singer at nights which gives the place a nice vibe. The steaks are unforgettable and go wrong deliciously with one of the side options like the mashed sweet potatoes or the Mac n’ cheese. Also if you’re not a steak lover they have a magnificent stuffed breast of chicken and a variety of fish selections as well. For appetizers you have to try the Ahi tuna tartar, the crab cakes, or the mini burger sliders. For lunch you gotta try the Ahi Tuna burger made with fresh ground tuna or the Flemming’s steak house salad. They have an amazing selection of wines and beers, and you can’t go wrong by trying one of their delicious cocktail concoctions. To finish it off they have a top of the line gourmet cup of French coffee that goes great with their scrumptious banana cheesecake churro burrito with caramel sauce. Or you could try the Larsen’s trifle which is like a gourmet sundae. Mmmmmmm….mmmmM! :) You gotta check this place out; I can’t wait to go back. It’s perfect for lunch or dinner or happy hour (or as they call it piano hour), a birthday or a romantic date, or if you just want to have a nice fine dining experience. Enjoy!
