Amazing unique Burmese food
This is probably my favorite restaurant in Philadelphia. When I took over the Greater Philadelphia Ethnic Dining Out Meetup group, I knew I had to have an event there. We did, and it was a success! Everyone loved it.
I love the Thousand Layer Bread with Vatana Bean Dip. It’s almost like naan bread, and the dip is like a warm, not-quite-sweet hummus.
The entree that I have to have is the Rangoon Night Market Noodle. I discovered about halfway through my first time eating it that the pickled salad on the side is key to enhancing the flavor. Without it, the dish is just tasty. But with it, it becomes insanely good.
Just writing this review makes me want to go back…
