Excellent food - good value.

My son and I had dinner here and I went back a few days later for breakfast. The cuisine is Greek in this family owned restaurant. For dinner I had the lamb shish kabob on rice and carrots with a small Greek salad and my son had a dinner Greek salad. For breakfast I had a Greek sausage omelet, fried potatoes, toast and a side of bacon. The food was great, service was excellent and the price was very good. Next time I’m in the Belmont area I will defiantly go back to this little gem of a restaurant.

Great clams.

I haven’t had fried clams since the last time I was in the Boston area five years ago so I was looking forward to going to this restaurant. My only regret is I didn’t order the large plate, but that’s OK as my cousin couldn’t finish her fried clams and gave them to me. My son had the baked scallops and they were very good as well (I stole one from him. Yes, it was worth the drive from Bedford to Salem for these fried clams.

Very good food at reasonable price.

I ordered an appatizer of the toasted ravaloi because the reviews said it was so great. It was good but not “great.” For the main course I ordered Seafood Portofino Shrimp, sea scallops, clams, mussels & haddock in a marinara sauce over linguini. $16.49
and it was very good. It had a lot of seafood in it and the linguini was cooked just right. It could have had just a little bit more tomato sauce in it, but that could be me as I love the sauces on my pasta.
My son had two sides for his meal, a side of meatballs and a side of italian sausage. I tasted both. The meatballs were excellent and the sausage was very good. Next time I’m in the Boston area I’ll make a point to go there again. The quality of the food hasn’t changed since I first went there over 40 years ago.
