Great little place that is kinda on the edge of the city. Stuff is hot and fresh, dumplings are juicy and green onion pancakes aren’t soggy. Open fairly late as well.

Cozy little restaurant. I had a bowl of udon, which was good. This type of fusion food isn’t my thing since I prefer non-fused Japnese food, but I would like to try some of their other dishes.

Poggio is a excellent Italian restaurant on the 1st floor of the Casa Madrona Hotel in Sausalito. The Pappardelle while a little dry, was still good. Portions are a little smaller than Picco up the freeway.
Ambiance here is almost second to none. It is a long restaurant so each table is not too far away from a window. Sitting outside is also a plus to soak up the ambiance.

This is a nice place all around. As someone said, fancy, but not too fancy. This place is always packed, so make sure you get a reservation.
I tend to start out with a sample platter which goes well with the pita’s that they give you. I’ve had the kabobs and the M’Sakhan which are great. Desserts, while good, but were too sweet for me (as are many middle-eastern desserts).

Angeline’s is a nice little cajun place. On a weekend, you will almost always need reservations since it is packed.
Foodwise, I’ve tried the gumbo and the jambalaya. Both are tasty, but a little bland. Bland meaning it doesn’t kick your ass, which is good for those who don’t like spicy stuff. The hush puppies were also excellent and not greasy at all.
Service wise, it wasn’t great, but it wasn’t horrible. Prices are rather decent as well.

I had wonton noodles and a chinese doughnut wrapped with a rice noodle. The meal was okay, but Sam Wo is more famous for being famous than its food. It’s not bad, but not great.

This is the absolute worst restaurant that I have ever been to. It is worse than Denny’s, hell it is even worse than the Circus Circus buffet. It is not even an Italian restaurant as the description says, but more like a hodgepodge of dishes that don’t even taste good. The absolute worst part was the service.
They make you think soup and salad are included in the meal while ordering, and gave everyone the wrong dishes.
Worst of all, if you have a large party, they add the tip on after the tax and they round up various figures so they give themselves a 25% tip. The server was pretty indignant throughout the meal and never around anyways because he had his guaranteed tip.
Well suffice to say, we ended up only giving about an 8% tip, and this guy chased us into the parking lot, and was about to blow his top when the manager let us go. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

I had the gnochi, and tried the chicken and paella as well. The gnochi and chicken were well cooked, but the gnochi could use slightly more flavor.
The Paella, was pretty scorched on the bottom primarily on one side. Maybe not enough oil or a bad pan, you could detect some of the burnt taste which wasn’t very good.
Worst of all, the service seemed indifferent and overall was slightly below mediocre. That really soured the mood of the dinner party.
It is a new restaurant, less than 2 months open when i went, so maybe they can work out some of the kinks.
I won’t write this place off just yet (just might be a bad night, and they are new), but I would only go there if someone else just happens to make plans there.

Last time I went the wait wasn’t too bad. Wasn’t the best icecream I ever had, but it was good and selection was equally impressive. I need to go again next time I’m in Noe.

This place took over Tokushima which I think was much better. I had the shoyu ramen, and while it was okay, it was kinda generic, nothing anything special about the noodles or broth. The broth used to be a bit better and less salty, and with more types of meat like cha shu that did not resemble its Chinese counterpart. Think I will miss that from Tokushima the most.
