LOVE ALL LALO'S!

Lalo’s is my favorite Mexican Restaurant, period!
I have been to several Lalo’s around the city and although there is a slight difference in $ and menu in the different areas, I absolutely love all of their food. Born and raised in Chicago, I am now living in AZ and miss it terribly. :( I wish they would open some Lalo’s restaurants here. I have yet to eat Mexican food as good as Lalo’s.
They have great variety of tasty regional Authentic Mexican favorites from mild to spicy dishes at affordable prices. They start you off with chips and fresh salsa while you look over the menu and homemade cup of “consome de pollo” (chicken soup). Few of my favorite dishes include: Guisado de Lomo and Tinga De Camaron A La Plancha (good and spicy, the way I like it) also: Caldo De Camaron (shrimp soup). They also have sinfully delicious desserts (but I stay away from those as much as I can). I recommend their “pastel tres leches”.
This is a restaurant I used to eat at almost every weekend and wish I still could…

Every time I fly out of Midway, I have to stop in and get my Lalo’s fix…

Devilishly spicy and delicious! Served w/rice, small lettuce salad & avocado. If you love spicy food, you have to try it!
