Mediterranean fare. Had their 10th anniversary tasting menu and it was delicious. The best were the braised pork belly and the foie gras, of which I ordered an extra side dish for an extra $16 as it’s banned in Chicago.

Great food. Our waiter, Rich, was featured in TimeOut Chicago as the ‘best waiter in the city.’ The dishes he recommended, the ravioli appetizer, and the Colorado rack of lamb, were right on. The short rib/kobe beef appetizer was a bit dry.

The communal seating encourages friendly conversation with strangers. I recommend the standby items that don’t change, namely the majdool dates, the focaccia, and the pork shoulder.
