This restaurant is one of our favorites places to go
Unfortunate the last couple of visits we had some bad experiences
with the food and service at that location,i contacted the district manager of P&o and she invited us to return to that location,
again unfortunate we had a very dissapointed visit.
so i wrote back again to the District manager (D.M)
explaining her that things did not go right and that we were not going back to that location,
the D.M was shock to hear that.. so she invited us again
but this time she was going to be present
so we gave the place another chance..
and this time WoW me and my family we were very impress the way
The D.M was handling things at the restaurant<,
everything was clean,the dishes,floor,tables,lots of registers open,
hardly any time wating inline,,they were serving free breadstick while people standing inline,it was a major change from our last two visits.
The district manager went out of her way to keep customers happy,
she treated us with great respect, the tab was on her, and we were served with a dessert that i don’t think they sale at P&O.
the restaurant was running smooth.
everything was perfect.
we are definitivly recomending this location
