Golden Eagle Inn
Nov 7, 2007
The Elk Tenderloin is Wonderful
My husband and I recently traveled to the Beaver Creek / Avon area and were told to try the Golden Eagle Inn.
We were excited by the early fall of snow that evening and were even more pleased with the Eagle Inn itself. The restaurant is wam and inviting and due to being off season they were running a special three course dinner.

Kona dusted Elk Tenderloin
We chose different appetizers (the calamari was yummy), we both decided on the Kona dusted Elk loin for our entree. It was my first experience with Elk and I was very pleasantly surprised. Very lean and great taste. I would recommend that every try Elk!
