Well balanced meals
Bayona is praised for its delicious variety of preperations by renowned local chef Susan Spicer. The ambience is of a quaint bistro feel with a gorgeous, romantic patio (though beware, New Orleans weather restricts patio use to maybe two months of the year). I had the special fish of the night pan-seared prosciutto-wrapped grouper. It was phenomenally tasteful and moist. I also got to sample other meals from my dinner party including goat cheese-stuffed duck, fried rabbit, and the hanger steak. All of which paled in comparison to the fish :)
