Awesome Waterfront Dining.

I love this place. It is expensive but worth every dollar.
Peter is the Manager and he always accomodates my guest, by hook or by crook. The food is perfect. The service is above reproach.

Fresh Healthy Cuisine at Seasons 52

Last night Carmen the General Manager had me and my colleagues from other hotels over for a sampling of their food and review of their ambiance.
I thought that the ambiance was exceptional although it was noisy. The service was excellent with Corey and Willie as our waiters. They were attentive and un- obtrusive. Their concept of fresh seasonal cuisine, under 450 callories per item is healthy and delicious. Portion control is a key to their calorie limit. So if you eat two or three deserts, you defeat the concept. Also the wine that you drink is not counted as calories in your meal. Be careful and limit your intake.

Dishes I tried:

Brick Oven Flatbreads with Garlic Chicken, Ripe Plum Tomato or Grilled Steak and Cremini.
Appetizers like Curry Chicken Satay, Chipotle sugarcane shrimp, very tasty.
Salads like Baby Spinach with Gorganzola or Fresh Mozzarella Antipasto with a Balsamic drizzle.
Entrees like Lemon Chili rubbed Scallops, Duck Confit Goat Cheese Ravioli, Buffalo Roulade, a little tough.
Mini Indulgences deserts with chocolate, pecan pie, carrot cake, Red Velvet cake. All outstanding.

Outstanding Seafood and service

Thanks to the General Manager Scott, I was invited to their pre-grand opening. The only request was that everyone in my party order a different dish. I had their Crab and Corn Chowder. It was outstanding. We also shared the Jonas Stone Crab appetizer and Fish Ribs.
I must admit tha I have never heard of Bar-B-qued fish ribs, but they were very tasty. Others in my party had the Wedge Salad that they said was excellent. My colleague had the Fresh Pacific Wahoo, King Crab legs, jalepeno Salmon, (which they said was not spicy hot at all). I had the Ciaopini which was an Italian style boullebase, loaded with Clams, Mussells, Wahoo, Lobster and Shrimp. It was a little salty, but delecious.
There is a live pianist on the weekends that played the most beautiful and framillar melodies.
The tables were widely spaced apart so you didn’t have to compete with the table next to you to be heard.
The decor was elegant yet stylish. Our server was very friendly and attentive. They even purify and bottle the water that they serve. Our bill was $293.00 for four people, which I tought was about right. Their deserts were huge and well thought out, so you could share them.
