If I could give this a minus 5 review I would – by far THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A RESTAURANT! I ordered delivery from them at 7.20pm, was told it would arrive by 8.20pm, and it finally arrived at 9.20pm, stone cold.

In the meantime I had to ring the establishment a half dozen times, was lied to, given misleading information, had to run up and downstairs three times to try and find the delivery guy, and was told they would refund the full meal price – which they promply reneged on the next day.

When I rang to complain, the manger, Namona, flatly told me that I was lying to her, and that they would only have refunded my money if I gave the food back when it arrived. Given that it was now TWO hours since I’d placed the order, and I wasn’t able to tell it was COLD until I opened it, I don’t quite see how that would have been possible.

Seriously, this place is appalling – stay away, they have ZERO concept of customer service, and after all that the food wasn’t any good either! Not a happy customer AT ALL.
