warm services + cozy atmosphere makes this homey italian restaurant worth it on all fronts. the fegatini is a must for antipasti. paste and carni selections are all delicious. decent prices also gives it extra points.

restaurant week menu doesn’t do it justice. foie gras ravioli and chocolate soufflé was only available on the regular menu. entrées felt like appetizers and appetizers felt like hors d’oeuvres. nevertheless the dessert were crazy good and staff was friendly and attentive.

simplistic japanese home cooking a thumbs up. small space and public table is unfortunate but can be easily overlooked with the food. kaku-ni (simmered pork belly) is oh-so delicious. friendly service is a plus.

a nice change of scenery in terms of decor since it communicates its trendy ambiance through the aluminum chandeliers and ornate metalwork. shows that brooklyn can offer powerful american nouveau cuisine as well. braised berkshire belly is a must.
