can be a long wait, but so worth it. super yummy breakfasts. they also have big ol’ bowls of good homemade soup.

so, been here before, but went yesterday and it wasn’t as great as i remembered. my bloody mary was really weak. chopped salad had way too much dressing (ask for it on the side). surprisingly, the bread wasn’t that good — really dry. the ravioli and creme brulee were good, tho.

sweet cream & brownie bits.. size? LOVE IT, of course. mmmm~

don’t mind the sawdust on the floor and try the lamb or pork dips with crumbled bleu cheese. yum.

perfect on a cold day…. or after a rough night ;P

if you’re ever passing through Big Sur on PCH, you must check this place out. peched on a cliffside, it’s a great place to grab a drink and appetizers (or a meal) and sit on the outside deck overlooking a fabulous view.

went on a friday late afternoon and the place was packed! the breakfasts were pretty good. ask about the secret french toast (you need a password, which they’ll tell you after your first time there). there was lots of parking on the side streets and on fairfax.
