Mistral is truly extraordinary in every respect—next to Cibreo in Florence, it’s probably the best meal I’ve ever had. I’m still thinking about the parsnip soup with the little fluke filet in the middle. Be prepared to spend several hours and several hundred dollars, though—this is not an everyday place, at least not for me.
