Really great for a special occasion. Really extensive wine list and have a walk in cellar in the basement. Excellent menu that changes with the season.

Best Thai food in NYC. Period. It draws a well-deserved crowd, so make a reservation if you’re coming.

Disappointed. Went for a friend’s birthday and thought the food was just ok. Portions are fine, but for good, authentic Indian food, you’re better off walking a little more east to 6th Street & 2nd Avenue and dropping by the small Inidan restaurants that line that block.

Excellent thai/asian restaurant in the UWS. It’s nice going here for a more “upscale” version of an asian restaurant. Great vibe and great bar! Same owners as Calle Ocho, another great spot on the UWS.

Great place on the UWS right behind the Museum of Natural History. Same owners as Rain West and they have similar drinks. You MUST get a mojito when you go. It’s one of the best in the city. And if you and your date are hungry, get the paella for two.
