Nice change for lunch!
The food is great! I’ve been there twice for lunch and it was delicious both times. Don’t miss the potatoes!! So creamy and tasty! They have this incredible oil herb mixture dip for the bread… I wanted to take some home with me! The steak is great! If you want a great, delicious lunch this is the place to go! Especially if you want some steak and potatoes but don’t want to go to the standard Outback or some place like that. (Outback is great too, I’m just saying if you want to try something new and delicious this is a great place)

Tasty Chicken Gyro....
I had heard B&B Deli was not that great but decided to try it anyway since it’s right across the street from work. The chicken gyro was really good! Simple but tasty! I chose the macaroni salad and that was not so great… it was pretty bland… then I found a little string in it… looked like a string from a green sponge? I understand stuff happens sometimes but still…. ewww…. Overall the restaurant looked very clean and the salad bar area looked clean and nice. The employees were nice. They have a ton of choices and the prices are reasonable. I’m sure I’ll go back for the chicken gyro but I’ll pass on the macaroni salad!
Maybe I’ll give it another star after another visit….. to be continued….
Dishes I tried:
Chicken Gyro
This was really good, the price was reasonable, and I like that it comes with a side and a pickle… it was the macaroni salad that cost it two stars… it was bland and the little string really blew it but the GYRO itself was great with lots of fresh tomatoes!

Great Chinese food!
oh man! I wrote this long review and poof! it’s gone! I hate when that happens! ok what I said waaaass… this place is great! I’ve been there many times and it’s always good stuff!! My favorite dish is the Kung Pao Seabass! I sat next to three guys who were all eating this dish so I decided to order it and I loved it! The next time I went there to have this dish again – these SAME THREE GUYS were there again to have it again too!! I’m telling you it’s good! :)
The only drawback is this place is pretty tiny! (Maybe 8 tables or so??) BUT you do get in and out pretty fast. No…they don’t hover over you and rush you out… it’s because you get your food pretty fast, you eat and get back to work! If you’re in a super rush, order ahead for pickup.
Oh yeah… one thing I figured out yesterday… they are CLOSED ON MONDAYS!!! bummer.. I ended up at Thai House… I’ll review on that soon…
Dishes I tried:
Kung Pao Seabass
A great blend of spicy but not too spicy, fish but not too fishy… rice and veggies.. but not too many veggies…

EXCELLENT!
If you’re going to use your money on a sandwich today go to Hortensia Deli! The chicken salad sandwich is sooo good! My 1 year-old daughter loves it too. How many one year olds eat deli sandwiches? :) The bread is fresh and soft, the veggies are fresh (Lettuce, tomato, onions, etc.)
Fresh and tasty and cheap! That makes for a perfect lunch. Enjoy!
For some reason it’s not letting me click on the stars for the review so just to be sure.. FIVE STARS * * * * *
Dishes I tried:
Chicken Salad sandwich on sourdough
Fresh! Fresh! Fresh! Excellent
