This bakery was recommended by a friend for my daughter’s wedding cake. The tasting was fun and had laughs with owner Jennifer. The cake was incredible! We ordered a square 3 layer cake for 90 with a silver stand (refundable CASH deposit on return!) in a modern design with shimmery fondant accents (see LouLou design on their website, but without the red…) Even the photographer said she had never seen a prettier cake. Delivery was exactly on time and DELICIOUS. Bottom layer was white cake with raspberry and cream cheese filling and top layers were chocolate with chocolate Bavarian cream filling. Fresh and yummy. American frosting with fondant very good. Fondant edible. People asked for seconds. Next daughter’s wedding will probably be red velvet with cream cheese frosting (my fave).
