A hot spot for the King or Queen

The son of a restauranteur and surveryor, I am used to the finest quality in food. And iin the city that never sleeps, you will be sure to find restaurants that deliver!

When dining out, we all have our individual tastes. Some like Steak and Potatoes, while others enjoy gnocchi con pesto. The only thing is, where do I go if I want them both and more?

There are high end steakhouses in the Midtown area, not to far from my office that have just that. And they are very good! However, they don’t do the trick for me.

I frequent a neighborhood HOT spot that exudes class, sophistication, personlity, and amazing steak with potatoes and gnocchi con pesto, among other specialities.

The restaurant is called “Michael’s Restaurant” and it is located not too far from where I live in Astoria. It is right on Broadway, 33-17 Broadway to be exact.

Yes, this restaurant executes in all categories of freshness, quality, decor, personality, customer service, and of course FOOD!!!

I dine here every evening with my brother and won’t go anywhere else. Having the opportunity to go to any restaurant that I desire, I still come here for the SUBLIME delicasies.

Angelo, who is the owner and personal friend of mine puts his heart and sould into this diner and has made it what it is today. His personal selection of the finest SEAFOOD, STEAKS, and HOMEMADE cakes adds to the charm of Michaels.

My suggestion? Come in to Michael’s and order anything on the menu. I generally go with whatever I feel like for the evening but have a fancy for the GRILLED OCTOPUS and FILET MIGNON.

When you see Angelo, tell him that Marc sent you and he will take care of you!

The filet mignon melts in your tongue. This tenderloin is succulent and flavorful. It is grilled and cooked to preference. Order it with spinach and backed potatoe and French Onion soup and you will feel like you died and went to heaven!
