New Menu/New Chef
IW Club has a new menu and a new chef. The items are incredible. I endulged in an appitezer of the Crab, Artichoke, Spinach Gratin and my huband got the Shrip skewer which was grilled to perfection. For the main course I got the Sea scallops which was in this yummy winter corn sauce and my hisband got the cedar plank salmon which we both had a hard time deciding because everything looked great. We will definitly be going back this season to try the other menus and looks like a great place to go have tapas and the new wine and beer bar.

To die for. Yummy interesting sauce.
Cedar Plank Salmon
Salmon was perfect. Husband is hard to please with Salmon and he will definitly be going back this season to get it.
