Absolutely in love with their roasted beef sandwich. People love their salads and soups, but I usually order the sandwich and some pastries. It can get real crowded during the weekend, but I like to go their on weekday afternoon. They always give me free Chocolate cookie (which is actually really good)

Southern Thai food is the specialty here, so if you go there, go straight to the last page with the “Thai Menu” and do not order a Pad Thai there. We had Rice Salad Songpkhla stye that was excellent – rice served with green mango, lemongrass, shredded coconut etc. Deep Fried turmeric mullet was very good too. Need to go back to try out the other dishes.

OK, it’s hard not to have ramen from Santouka when I am in Mitsuwa’s food court, but Sanuki Sandou has cold soba/udon that is perfect for a hot summer afternoon. I had the tempura shrimp cold soba, but the mountain yam cold soba looked better.

Best bang for the buck for high end dinning. They charged $10 per course, and we ordered 5 courses but we had 8 courses at the end with all the comp stuff. The wine pairing was surprising good, they paired wines that were just ok on their own real well with the food. Our waitress Alexis was very friendly and the I also like the cool yet relax atmosphere. Perfect for special occasion, but even a la carte menu was very very reasonable (entree $12-$25).

I love this place, or to be more specific, the dry fried chicken wings and all the noodle dishes are excellent. It is Shandong cuisine, but to be more exact, these are Chinese interpretation of Korean-Chinese food. I’ve tried the original Korean version of dry fried chicken, but I can reassure you, you cannot find something better than this. This is the only Chinese restaurant that I dreamed of in lala land.
