Dishes I tried:
Chorizo Chimichanga
A local favorite! Spicy sausage topped with a 3 pepper cheese sauce, rolled in a flour tortilla, deep fried and topped with pico de gallo. Served with Spanish rice and black or refried beans and sour cream.
