WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I visited this location on Sat. 10/24/09 and was seated and order was taken 3:42pm. By 4:06pm nothing that I had ordered was served. My server inquired with me briefly and by 4:46 going back and forth with my pleasant server, dealing with an unsatisfied customer(ME), a job of a manager, I cancelled my order. NO MANAGER came to apologize for anything. I left the facility and the phone service from the manager was even worse. She was very condescending and rude and wouldn’t let me speak and gave me the number I requested to make a complaint that didn’t even work. The Kearny NJ location has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in the North Jersey area.

This is the only thing that I received from my order and my wait of over 45 minutes, before I decided to leave.
