Chesapeake Grill
May 8, 2008
Simple not worth it
My dad wanted to take my sister and me out for a very special meal. We selected the Chesapeake Grill. Dad had the pork chop, my sister a steak and I the crabcakes. He knew the restaurant was pricey but wanted a special treat for us. $31 got my dad a tough piece of pork, that was it, just the dry slab of meat. Paid $$$ more to add the overdone potato. My sister’s steak was tough also. My crabcakes weren’t tough, but wouldn’t have had any taste at all if it wasn’t for the mustard that came with it. My father was so sad that his treat for us was nothing more than a big disappointment. $130 for the meal (no drinks). If you have a special event coming up, I would skip the Chesapeake Grill.
