Great Food, Friendly Atmosphere
Not so long ago John Pizza obtained a larger restaurant a few doors down from where they originally were. So they now have a dinning room with at least 20 tables and a friendly family oriented atmosphere.
While they make the best pizza around they also have a number of other dishes that are quite delicious including the Eggplant Rolotini, Baked Ziti Sicilian Style, fried Calamari, the penne w/ vodka sauce.
If you go for lunch there are a number of hot heroes that are tasty including the Veal Cutlet, Philly Cheese Steak, and California Chicken. If you and aren’t in the mood for Italian, John’s also offerws a number of wraps. My fav is the Boneless Buffalo Wing wrap with the Buffalo fries. HOT. ;-)
Also try the Chicken Cutlet Parm Pie!
The prices are reasonable and the wait staff is friendly. It’s a must try.
Dishes I tried:
Eggplant Parm
Perfectly fried eggplant slices weren’t bitter at all like some others can be. They give you more than you can ever eat, and it’s serve with a large portion of either Ziti, salad, or Spaghetti. I had the Ziti. It was cooked to al dente. It was a very nice meal and even some left over for me to enjoy another day.
