Freshest fish - phenomenal attention to detail
Guan, formerly called Ninefish, has a superb asian fusion menu, with sushi, chinese, and japanese items on the menu. But you can’t believe how fabulously fresh and innovative the flavors are. Whole red snapper; salmon and sea scallops; halibut. Fantastic.

Salmon and Scallops
Both the salmon and scallops were perfectly cooked. The salmon was a large thick piece with a mango ginger sauce; the scallops were large, tender and in a kiwi dill sauce.
