Satisfied my Tempura veggie craving, but the Teriyaki beef was really tough and salty. It’s a small place with only 3-4 tables. I’d assume they do mostly take-out orders. I will try their pork & chicken teriyaki some day but not for awhile.

The decor was so cute, the waitstaff were friendly and attentive. Our waiter actually thought he recognized my husband and I but I’d never been to San Francisco before.
I had:
Bagna Calda – (Garlic cloves, oven roasted in extra-virgin olive oil and butter with a hint of anchovy.) I thought it was pretty good, but I liked the oil best, the garlic cloves were too well cooked, they had no bite.
Garlic Hummus Cocktail – (with Toy Box Tomatos and Garlic Crostini) It wasn’t the worst hummus I’ve had, but it needed more garlic bite.
Half a Rack of Garlic Encrusted Baby Back Ribs – The Ribs were excellent. I didn’t even use the bbq dipping sauce because there was so much flavor in them. The Garlic Yukon Gold mashed potatoes were fantastic as well.
Garlic Ice Cream – This was by far my favorite thing of the night. I was really shocked by the pairing of bitter garlic with sweet caramel and ice cream. I loved it.

I had a great time at this restaurant. Our waiter was hilarious and the chef came out to talk to each table.
I had:
Vegetable tasting – This had 4 small bowls of seasoned vegetables. Roasted Potatoes, Eggplant, some kind of noodle and something I can’t remember. The roasted potatoes were my favorite.
Garlic Eggplant sushi – This was awesome! But only 2 pieces.
Vegetable Tempura – Awesome as ever..They cut a star shape out of the mushroom.

I don’t eat seafood but my husband loves it, a friend recommended this place because they had both seafood and grilled cheese.
I had:
Grilled Cheese – (Cow Girls’ Mezzo Secco, cave-aged Gruyere and Fromage Blanc served with house made pickled vegetables) This was very very good. I was a little nervous to try the cheese, but it was sooo good with the bread.

Long wait but good food. We had the deep dish with pepperoni and garlic. The sauce was just right, but I was expecting more cheese. The crust was a bit too dry as well but I guess that can’t be helped. :) It really was good though. My husband and I couldn’t finish a small.

Such a gorgeous view! I couldn’t stop staring at the waves, even after the sunset.
I had their special of the night, NY Steak with garlic scalloped potatoes in a red wine reduction. It was very good but slightly undercooked for my taste.

Such good food! If you're not familiar with...
Such good food! If you’re not familiar with the style, each person is given a card, one side has a green dot to indicate that you want to be offered food, the other side is red indicating that you are finished.
The waiters walk around with giant skewers of different meats and offer you some if your card is flipped to the green side. It’s all you can eat and it’s really fantastic.
My favorites were the Garlic Beef, Pork Ribs, and Flank Steak. Everything was cooked to perfection and at the end they came around with a giant skewer of pineapple lightly coated with cinnamon.
