Great place for romance
The Purple Cafe has a wonderful, romantic atmosphere. My husband and I made a reservation on a Friday night for 8:30 pm and it was very busy, however, we were able to be seated right away. The wine selection was impressive (something you would expect from a wine bar) but a bit overwhelming if you are not a wine connoisseur. The waitress was not especially helpful in suggesting wine pairings for the food we ordered however we did manage to select some delightful wines on our own.
