I recently went to this restaurant with a party of 10 for a birthday dinner. The food for half of the party was not made as ordered, the ribs were overdone and dry, and the waiter screwed up a few of the couple’s bills. This place was very overpriced. The food nor the atmosphere was worth it. From the Dollar store candle holders, to the low budget cutlery, I can’t imagine why they think they can charge the prices they charge. The food was so bad. I would never recommend this place to anyone and hope anyone planning to visit this restaurant thinks twice.

03/25/2009The closest I’ve been to this restaurant in 40 years is Barberian’s steak spice (not bad). I’ll definitely stay away from this landmark. Used to be one of the poshiest places to eat in Toronto. Probably overdue for retiring the place.
