I travel to Racine for corporate meetings several times a year and have had the pleasure of eating at Sebastians on several occasions. By far, this is the finest dining establishment in the city. The food is creative, well prepared and well presented. The atmosphere is bright and roomy (not crampted like some other Racine restaurants) and the service is first rate. I thinks Sebastians is on par with some of the best places in much larger cities. I strongly recommend that people give this place a try. It is pricey but worth the experience.
