I went to the wendys drive thru and ordered a stack attack w/no mayo or lettuce and fries and i always check b4 i drive off it was made w/out my request however it was drenched w/ketchup u could ring the bread out. I asked them 4 another one and while i’m waiting she comes back 2 the window with more ketchup packs? the manager juan comes and wants me to repay 4 the hamburger keeps asking me for $1.07 “i say i want another hamburger made correctly like i ordered” and he was mad? we went back and forth he wanted 2 c the incorrect hamburger and i showed it 2 him, so i’m sitting there eating my fries and he suddenly says “i’m not giving u another hamburger until u hand over the one u have” I say “i will give it 2 u once i can check the new one” he said “NO y r u people hard 2 please” i ask is there somebody else i can speak with" of course he says “NO he’s the boss and there is no one else” i ask 4 a number to corporate he says “there is no corporate office this is his store and he’s the boss.” I ask 4 my $ back and he gives it back but not w/out saying u been sitting there eating up my fries?" He did get the incorrect hamburger back and the fried. It was a real battle and of course he missed the class on customer service! he was very rude and treated me like sh*t.
