I am a person that loves to go out to eat with friends but also enjoys a good home cooked meal. I can eat the cheapest teriyaki from the local corner shop, or fine dine with the best of them. My taste buds do not discriminate, but they do differentiate.

Great korean food

This place is not as clean and doesn’t look as nice as hoo soonyi, but boy do they have good food. They have big tables with grills on them and you can order fresh meat and pork and grill it yourself. Also they have a wide variety to choose from. The seafod pancake is not as good as some other places though. They also have sushi, which actually to my suprise wasn’t that bad, but definitely go for the korean food.

best place for korean soups

They also have other good food, but they probably have the largest selection of korean soups around. They also have a great seafood pancake. It always pretty busy at night, so there can be a wait

Dishes I tried:

I like the spicy pork pork…it comes out on a sizzling hot plate and is not too spicey

why is this place still here??

This place needs a face lift. Its so old and dirty that nobody wants to go there anymore. The food is also not very good anymore. At night on hte weekends, they have some kind of dancing going on in the second floor which is pretty tacky.

overdone, but reliable

I’m personally tired of this place but it has good food and great service. The cheesecakes are great too.

trashy restaurant and lounge

this place is so trashy…its dirty and attracts all sorts of people that wander 2nd ave…including me. I’ve been there a few times because its a quick dinner right across the street from me. But I don’t recommed anyone else try it.

Good, local thai place

This Thai restaurant is a good restaurant in the West Seattle neighborhood. The people are friendly and attentive, and the portions are pretty decent. Its also pretty clean with a big salt water fish tank in the middle that is well mantained
