alltoastnojelly "A superhero of the clueless"

I was born and raised in Chicago and love to eat. My father was a chef, in the past I have worked in the service industry both as a waiter and bartender in small neighborhood joints to downtown higher end spots. I do not believe in candy coating the truth

Dinner for two?

Nice place, easy parking for the area, sexy waitresses in tight outfits, and oh yeah, the food is real good. I guess i’m gonna have to try the whole snapper after reading other reviews but so far my fav. is the dinner for two. I ordered this with my friend who can eat more then me and we really shoulda stopped before we finished it, it was a huge platter of snapper, shrimp, squid, crab, octopus, and other meats. This absurd amount of food comes on a giant cutting boad with rice and beans cooked in what i’m guessing is lard. This is one hundred percent worth the heart attack you may incur after eating. In addition to large portions of great tasting food, they have a full bar, and tables have at least 10 diff. hot sauces to try along with the few homeade salsas they bring you with dinner.

Dishes I tried:

Lots of seafood and meat and veggies, rice and beans. You will probobly not finish this or most dinners here for that matter.
