Yummy eats and paired wines
Beautiful experience all through. Thanks to the GM and bartender, we had a great time and a beautiful meal on Friday. Make sure you check out the wine flights if you visit.
Dishes I tried:
Bison Finger Bones
The cherry compote on bison bones made this dish a combination I had never thought of before, and it was great. If I were not sitting in a restaurant in Yaletown when this arrived on the table, I’d probably devour it with both hands like a wild animal :)
