the chicago restaurant convention is ending today, and i’m a little sad that eating fried macaroni and cheese bits isn’t a part of my job this year. but more to the point, they have a blog this year: http://nrashow.typepad.com/

let’s just say i’m determined not to eat anything more than once over the years, and i’m not having any trouble. i had a frozen cheesecake on a stick dipped in chocolate, and of course, fried cheese sticks.
